Subprocessors

CTRL+SPACE DEVELOPMENT L.P. (“CSD”) uses certain subprocessors to assist it in providing the Platform Services or Support Services (“Subscription Services”) as described in the CSD Data Processing Addendum or other written agreement you have with CSD(“DPA”).

Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the DPA.

What is a Subprocessor:

A “Subprocessor” is a third party data processor utilized by CSD in the delivery of its Subscription Services as a processor to Customer, including CSD Affiliates, who has or potentially will have access to or will process Customer Personal Data as part of CSD acting as a processor to Customer. CSD engages different types of Subprocessors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below. Note that any third party services linked to within the Platform Services or that we provide instructions on how you may configure them to use with the Platform Services are not considered CSD Subprocessors. Such services are provided subject to the terms of service and privacy policies applicable to such services.

Process to Engage New Subprocessors:

Prior to the addition or change of any Subprocessors described in this policy, CSD shall provide notice to Customer by updating this website not less than 10 days prior to the date on which the Subprocessor shall commence processing Customer Personal Data. It is Customer’s responsibility to check this website for changes. Pursuant to the Agreement, a Customer may have the right to object to the processing of its Personal Data by a new Subprocessor.
